Individual Coaching

My clients are primarily CEOs or Founders, however I also save a few spots for C-level executives in high growth companies. Most clients are long-term, however, I provide 3- or 6-month programs at times (commitment is a significant component of successful change). Programs include baseline and on-going assessments, outcome-tracking, 360 Degree Feedback, goal-setting, and extra doses of encouragement and support.

Training Bootcamps

Team-based leadership development training bootcamps support personal and professional growth, promote collaboration, deepen trust and commitment, and create a safe space to share and discuss difficult topics. The Leading Virtual Teams Bootcamp is a 4-session program designed to help leaders be more effective in managing virtual and hybrid teams.

These 5-month group leadership development programs are for managers, directors, and VPs. They are designed to develop leadership skills, cultural awareness, and interpersonal competence that can be applied personally and professionally. The Mastermind Series for Rising Star Leaders is available to un-related individuals or to organizations.

Conducting baseline and on-going assessments and tracking outcomes is critical to achieving success.

Participating in my coaching programs will result in greater self-awareness, increased compassion, and improved communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. All of which are critical to achieving success in both personal and professional endeavors.
