Clinical Psychologist ➞ Founder/CEO ➞ Executive Coach
Overview
While completing my PhD in clinical psychology, I developed ground-breaking technology to promote and sustain behavior change and subsequently founded a SaaS-based digital health company. I spent almost two decades as CEO building, scaling, managing, and ultimately selling that profitable business. I experienced more failures than I care to remember, I made numerous mistakes (i.e., learned important lessons about what to do better next time around), and most importantly, I figured out how to get out of my own way. Ultimately, I realized first-hand what it takes to be successful - passion, persistence, and people.
My greatest sense of accomplishment as a leader was my ability to coach others into stretch roles, enabling them to overcome their self-imposed barriers and achieve success. I subsequently took on leadership roles in Talent and Client Success at various Seattle-based tech companies where I continued to develop and hone my coaching framework.
I am uniquely suited to work with C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and rising star leaders. I am best matched with clients who have a growth mindset (or want to cultivate that), are in pursuit of excellence, and have a curiosity about their sense of purpose.
