The Rising Star Leaders Mastermind Series is a five-month leadership development program for managers, directors, and VPs. The program is designed to develop leadership skills, cultural awareness, and interpersonal competence that can be applied personally and professionally.

Monthly Individual Coaching Sessions (Virtual): These five monthly individual coaching sessions will be scheduled at our mutual convenience.

Structure:

Each Mastermind Series will have a cohort of 6 participants and will consist of ten bi-weekly interactive group workshops + five monthly individual coaching sessions. We have strong empirical evidence that indicates when leaders engage with other leaders in a group environment they gain exponential benefits. We also know that individual coaching sessions can solidify learning and the application of skills by addressing and resolving underlying interpersonal barriers. Dr. Lizza will conduct all workshops and coaching sessions. Workshops will typically include the addition of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enable a deeper dive of the topic, a complimentary perspective, and a networking/mentoring opportunity to participants.

On-Going Assessments & Outcomes: In order to track progress and enhance motivation regarding the many benefits of leadership development and personal growth, the Rising Star Leaders Mastermind Series includes baseline and follow-up assessments related to individual engagement, managerial effectiveness, and .leadership behaviors and stress responses.
